剛剛原本想買鮮奶來泡晚餐
但心血來潮的比較下
卻發現每100ml的蛋白質含量竟然是(統一無糖)豆漿(3.4)高於(瑞穗)鮮乳(3.2)
同時豆漿的脂肪也低於鮮乳
所以最後選了無糖豆漿
但邊喝邊產生疑問
雖然豆漿的蛋白質含量高於鮮乳 但是否人體對於鮮乳的蛋白質吸收能力較佳
所以還是買鮮乳比較好呢?
