起伏很大 - 減肥

持續減重有一陣子了
不過效果也不是說非常明顯
我這個人有點在意數字
先說一下身高跟體重好了
162/56 這是經過兩個月減肥之後的體重
減重之前是59
不過我苦惱的是 吃的食物明明有到基代
而且水也有喝到2000C.C.
可是有時候在早上良體重的時候
還是會飆到58....
爬版過後 有人說不要看體重的數字 要看身體的數字
是沒錯啦 身型的確有變好
腰29→26吋
臀39→37.5吋
小腿36→34公分
但是仍然不滿足阿!!!!!!
是不是有很多人也跟我一樣
有時後體重就會無預警往上飆?
順便問一下 睡覺睡多久才可以洽洽好?
已經連續一個禮拜睡超過13小時了.....
