超核心的線上課程值不值得買? - 健身

最近買了教練課,但是一禮拜只上一次覺得不太夠,自己實際練習還是會忘東忘西
於是上youtube看教學
不過有很多都是網紅表演自己健身的過程、能扛多重、能力
比方夢多、蓋伊、Peeta、館長等等等,很少在從基礎教起
對我這種菜鳥可說是一點幫助都沒有,單純看娛樂+羨慕的罷了
找了一陣子後,Youtube主動推薦我超核心的教學影片
現在有演算法這種科技真是太棒了
看了之後發現很多基礎跟教練指導我的要點都吻合,可以在課後補充知識
最近看到他們發影片說被對岸抄襲了,而且是一字不漏、連分鏡都一樣的那種抄

讓我覺得有些不爽,想買超核心的線上課程來支持他們
可是在買下去之前我也是稍微猶豫了一下,想說會不會太衝動了
買了不做那是我的問題,跟買健身器材回家結果變曬衣架、壓醬菜一樣
最怕的就是發現買了卻不符合自己需要
所以刷下去前想先上來問看看有沒有人買過,他們線上課程教的東西紮不紮實
是否適合想從基礎打底起的人看
