越減越胖怎麼辦>.< - 健身

三餐內容
早餐:一杯約300c.c.無糖豆漿/牛奶 以及一顆蘋果/火龍果/水梨
午餐:
魯味兩三樣(不是加熱的那狀)/三明治/爭鮮外帶手捲/
秤重自助餐小碗飯三菜一肉(青菜蠻多、豆腐、帶骨的雞肉十元硬幣大兩、三塊)約40元/
有時候也會自己煮的全麥麵條一球加青菜、油豆腐、肉片拌一點醬油麻油
晚餐:秤重自助餐四菜一肉約60元/自己煮的麵條加燙青菜、油豆腐、肉片拌醬油
每天大概喝水1500c.c-2000c.c.,晚上不敢喝太多,
現在老了會頻尿....>.<
日常作息時間:晚上12睡覺,早上大約九點鐘醒來,十點半上瑜珈課一個小時,
中午午餐後進圖書館寫論文,
下午在圖書館裡會趴著小睡一會兒,大約1h以內。
大約在下午五點吃晚餐,和朋友聊天一下,繼續在圖書館呆到晚上十點。
生活型態:趕論文的研究生,偶有零星兼職工作。
運動習慣:星期一、二、三、五上瑜珈課,至少1h,
沒有上瑜珈課會踩健身車40min~50min,心跳應該有到130,
阻力3,轉速在25-30之間,
也有嘗試過晚上回到家再踩健身車,但有時太累、太晚怕睡不著就做罷。
我的問題:
不知道是不是之前都沒有太忌口,週末有聚會還是和大家一起吃,
夏天也會跟男友一起吃冰,大概兩週吃一次,
或者是偶有煎炸之物的時候,都沒有避開,
從四月開始上瑜珈課後,我反而紮紮實實地胖了三公斤, T^T
體脂肪也從26.2上升到28.8....,
可是....我運動量也很大呀....>.<
每週運動大約5~6天,不知道為什麼會這樣,
希望大家給我一些建議,看看我有什麼必須再多注意或加強的,
