今天稍微在張小燕的節目上看了一下兩人的專訪
覺得兩人剛好是我們都想追求的極致:有氧的耐力 & 重訓及協調性
只是兩人是極致型的變態 :P
林義傑將挑戰155天跑9600公里
即使帶了大批的團隊我還是無法想像怎麼樣可以克服意志力跑不動這一點
(看了就覺得自己跑個半馬就唉唉叫實在很遜 XD)
李恩至挑戰極限體能王這個應該很多人都知道
練瑜珈 & 武術 & 耐力 & 攀岩等等合成了一個可以應付比賽的完美體態 & 體能
他擔任健身教練得以全心專注在上這點也很讓人佩服
很好奇他們的菜單,但找沒什麼資料可以參考 :P
但至少從他們身上覺得訓練砥礪自己,真的看來是神采奕奕
