減脂與肌肉線條的迷思 - 健身

嗯..
我有個問題挺困擾的
我的運動一直都是斷斷續續的(有時是因工作太累又或者出差)
有時上健身房、有時跑步
在肚臍以上,胸部跟上腹的地方都有點線條,個人覺得挺好看的
但是側腰跟下腹就肥肥的,看起來挺搞笑的= =
最近下定決心,開始想要持之以恆的把肥肚皮給消掉
可是看了許多版上資訊,越看越模糊
我知道要減脂一定要做有氧
我目前每天會跑三千公尺,跑完還不到三十分鐘的時間,會以跳繩補足
但是問題來了,版上大家都說,減脂是全身性的,
可是我很捨不得我胸部跟上腹的線條阿阿阿阿阿阿 = =
請問我該怎麼辦呢?
看了chungg大的文章後,自己覺得是不是應該一天跑步,一天重訓
可是我又希望能夠維持每天的跑步,才能快快達到減脂的效果
又或者是該用什麼方法,才能收到較好的成效呢?
脂肪和肌肉線條的迷思一直困擾我阿...唉唉
好苦惱啊...請各位先進給小弟一點建議吧!
