最近開始跑步時75kg. 跑了兩個禮拜,大概有十天跑步吧,每次跑個半小時以上
5千多公尺到六千公尺之前的距離。 飯後兩小時跑(晚上七點半下班吃飯,九點半

我之前的經驗是剛開始跑步減肥會變重,後來就比開始減重前輕。
但現在這個數據...叫我不太想繼續運動下去。
