跑了一陣子後發現怪怪的 - 減肥

我一星期跑四天 跑了二個多月了
減肥中都是用慢速在跑 運動一小時 1hr/5.5km
但至從有在動腳運動後 發身身體左側前方
腰部的下面(大約是在皮帶下二指幅的地方) 摸起來
有骨頭的地方那邊怪怪的 不會形容 也不是痛
因為另一邊不會 就只有單邊覺得怪怪的 感覺緊緊的
請問那邊是什麼部位 是不是我運動過度了
