我熱愛甜食與澱粉類,最近開始減肥
目前有控制飲食(減少吃甜食次數)
每天跑跑步機30至40分鐘
一週允許自己吃兩次甜食(當餐食物減少),
以下都是我愛吃的,
請問一定要吃的話,選擇哪一種比較好
紅豆麵包和豆沙包子,該選哪一個?
紅豆車輪餅和奶油車輪餅,該選哪一個?
珍奶和燒仙草,該選哪一個?
