跑太多腳會痛何解? - 健身

我跑3.6k習慣了
但跑4.8會感覺到腳在痛
所以是要重訓下肢是嗎?
因為放暑假在家 重訓要等開學
現在只能先跑3.6k了
大家從短途慢慢增加到跑長途是怎麼練的呢?

還是說看當天情況而定 跑得下去就繼續跑
慢慢就習慣了嗎?
