先聲明,我不是要戰女生
但我發覺我周遭遇到或聽到的許多女生對澱粉都有偏見,男生比例則較少
看到澱粉好像看到怪獸一樣
不吃或吃很少的澱粉會有什麼後果,精華區文章都有
最大危害有兩點
1.燃燒脂肪效果非常差
2.澱粉吃不夠,大腦會抗議,情緒會變得很差,容易發怒
你如果想把身體與精神搞垮,不吃澱粉很快就能幫你達成
你越來越容易發怒,就更容易暴飲暴食,然後減肥破功
你越來越容易發怒,小心你精神出現疾病,逐漸引發憂鬱或燥鬱
你情緒不穩或變得容易發怒,就是你的大腦在抗議了,你曉不曉得
澱粉明明就是一個好東西,白飯、白麵包這些過度精緻加工才真的要少吃
因為營養素大部分都在加工過程中被去掉了
糙米飯、五榖米飯、燕麥、山藥、地瓜、芋頭這些不過度加工的食物是頂級的澱粉食物
營養素一大堆還富含纖維,吃這些富含纖維的澱粉,讓你更不容易餓
GI值較低也更不容易變胖
一開始吃不慣糙米、五榖米,可以與白米或和搭配,改成半五榖半白飯
然後逐漸減少白飯份量,增加五榖
拜託不要一直污名化澱粉
