我老爸已經運動了十五年
幾乎每天不間斷的慢跑 每天都要跑上個7000公尺左右
最近我加入了老爸的運動行列XD
我目前已經跑了兩個月
大概兩三天會跑一次
但我只有跑2000公尺再加快走總共湊足30分鐘
之前我爸一直跟我說跑到一半要反方向倒回去跑
(順時間跑操場跑一半再逆時間方向跑另一半)
好像是一直同一個方向的話左腳或右腳的施力會大於另一腳
會不均衡...(爸爸也沒有講得很清楚)
但我覺得自己才跑兩千而已 覺得有點麻煩就沒有照著做
可是!!
就在今天 我發現我自己的腿有點不一樣了
我的右腿大腿內側變得比較凹 可是左腿還是一樣長滿橫肉 ( ̄□ ̄|||)a
我的問題是...
是因為我沒有正跑再倒跑所以一直是右腿施力比較多所以變細嗎??
還是我的基因就是先瘦右腿呢 = =+
如果是前者那我就真的要來正跑完再倒跑 不然兩隻腳的差距越來越大好可怕
如果是後者 那就...希望我的基因快點瘦左腿吧 >"<
