大家都知道做運動對身體幫助很大
當然也可以延緩老化,對男生來說更是有非常棒的功效(better sexual performance)
可是就延後老化而言,應該有很多人跟我有同樣的問題
就是延緩老化跟保持年輕到底是可以延多久
例如一個35歲的男生,有運動習慣,一個禮拜3次6000公尺30分鐘
他的外表可能保持在25.6歲這種顛峰狀態嘛?
相信很多人都跟我一樣是對外在非常有意識的人
每個人做運動目的不一樣
我做運動最主要的目的就是想要自己體力跟外在可以maintain住
但一直有個疑問,就是運動延緩老化究竟是可以延多久?
另外,想跟各位板友討論的是,運動後流很多汗的話是不是對皮膚是好的??
