運動強度 VS 脂肪 - 健身

這陣子主要的有氧方式是健身車
利用程式設定目標心跳率
版上有說中低強度有氧比較傾向燃燒脂肪
所以一開始我心跳率都設140 踩40分鐘
電腦顯示大概350大卡
維持了一個月瘦了兩公斤(有氧1天,重訓1天 )
但是有一陣子體重都不再改變
把心律調成後150 踩40分鐘
電腦顯示450大卡
感覺比之前更有效
我想會不會是低強度有氧容易消脂
假設70%消到脂肪 350*0.7=245
較高強度有氧60% 450*0.6=270
所以對於減脂還是高強度效率會更高?
