帶跑 - 健身

原波每天下班後都會去操場運動約2小時,
發現有人帶跑,或是跟著人跑,
(或是有人跟在我後面跑= =)
會跑的比較久也跑的比較快甚至比較不會累,
有人跟我一樣嗎?
平常都一個人跑步很無聊,有時候不來勁就跑的不久(剩下的就快走)
但是昨天跟在一個男生後面跑,
我感覺自己的速度變快而且也跑好久,(他速度比我快)
然後一直到他停下來了,我都還能繼續跑,(幻想自己贏了= =?)
平常跑40分鐘,昨天跑50分鐘卻不怎麼累\⊙▽⊙/
這難道是戰鬥力提昇了耐力嗎(誤)
