跑步+游泳 - 減肥

之前用跑步的方式減肥(一次跑45分鐘)
停了一段時間後又想繼續
但光跑步真的頗無聊,即使搭配電視也一樣
所以打算用跑步+游泳的方式減脂
1.中午跑步(30min) 下午休息 晚餐時間游泳(30min)
2.晚餐時間跑步(30min) 休息一小片刻 游泳(30min)
以減脂效率或其他問題來說
請問何者比較好?
