之前有人說用蓮蓬頭冷水 沖小腹 是有根據的囉?
還是應該用熱水沖小腹 讓體溫上升 才能更容易讓小腹脂肪消失?
還有這樣的話那些認為游泳比較沒效果的 會不會是他們都跑去由溫水游泳池?
而不是冷水?
