三餐內容
早餐:地瓜半個(約120g)、
全麥蔬果土司(不抹沙拉,兩片全麥土司+苜蓿芽、生菜、水果幾片)
午餐:五穀飯一碗(有稱過,約100g)、
海帶一條、滷蛋一顆、燙豆芽(約50g)
晚餐:
運動習慣:通常晚上我會去游泳40-50分鐘
因為我都一直游,所以沒算過到底游了多少
我的問題:
我想請問大家,這樣吃,早+午餐的熱量大概是多少?
我晚餐吃的都不固定,因為我估不出來我早上到底已經吃了多少熱量了
有時候只喝無糖豆漿,但覺得好像太少
我晚上不喜歡吃飯,吃菜也不想吃太多(因為是吃媽媽炒的菜,有時候很油)
請問我晚餐還需要吃大概多少的熱量呢?
另外,有一個很怪的是
我覺得自己很多肉,肚子也肉肉的
但我的體脂率卻是正常範圍的
我第一次在康是美量24%(這時還沒開始運動),
第二次在自來水廠22.5%(已經開始運動一個多禮拜了),
但我看版上很多分享的人,有的比我輕,體脂率卻不在正常範圍內
雖然大家可能會說,也許我肌肉比較多
但我基代不高阿
而且雖然我很久以前有打排球(那時候壯壯的)
但那已經是兩年前的事,之後我就沒有運動的習慣
我自己覺得我好像沒什麼肌肉
還想再請問大家的是
以一個155.5cm、52.2kg,又很久沒重訓的人
這樣的體脂率可信嗎?
