跑步一個月腿明顯變粗...(沮喪+欲哭無淚) - 健身

從小到大 我最在意的地方就是小腿
雖然每個人看到我都說我瘦 身材標準
因為上半身是超級扁身 骨盆又寬 所以下盤看起來就特別穩
我過年前166/51 小腿圍大約33-34
過年大暴走後 體重到53 但是身型沒有太大改變 也沒人發現我變胖
但想說隨著年齡增長(快25了) 養成運動的習慣也未嘗不是件好事
所以一個月前就開始去跑步 一周至少會跑4次 跑走加起來4000公尺以上 會喘會流汗
沒心情跑步時 就會逼自己走路去買東西、辦事 也至少會走2000以上 都有30分鐘
偶爾在家沒事會做簡單的重訓(蹲舉、啞鈴、仰臥起坐等置底文連結的訓練)
爬了版上很多文長知識 體重目前沒有太大變化 一開始真的會跟體重過不去
但是文章看多了 就暫時相信這是過度期了 也欣然接受重訓後會有微幅上升的情形
而關於飲食方面,我的基代約1300(參考各個公式所算出的平均值),
我用APP放飯趣控制我的飲食,每天都非常認真紀錄所吃下的東西,均衡飲食
一天攝入約1500-1600卡 若有回家或聚餐 可能就會到2200
有時候澱粉類會過量(我不吃澱粉類真的無法專心工作)
但是我要吃都是下午四點前吃 通常晚上我都只吃大量的青菜+豆漿
但是!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
我的小腿卻非常非常明顯的變粗了!!!!!!!!!!!
我從國中開始就天天拉筋,每天都拉20分鐘以上,所以還算有點曲線
跑步之後,我更勤於拉筋、收操、按摩,深怕腿變粗(板上也常說肌肉沒這麼容易長出來)
就連打電腦時一隻手握滑鼠,另一隻手都還會去捏小腿肚
睡前也會抬腿15分鐘,anyway,我已經盡力做到不讓它變粗的所有方法了
所以我真的不知道,體重沒變..為什麼它會越來越粗..........剛剛量是35cm......T^T
前幾天見到以前的老朋友,他說...我好像看到你高中時候的腿....囧rz
(我高中胖到57過,後來大學瘦下來就一直維持在51-52,57那時最為人詬病的就是腿..)
可是他也說我上半身看起來沒變胖
能不能有人告訴我這是為什麼....?實在是欲哭無淚又沮喪..
說實在開始運動後 心情真的會比較好 也不會那麼容易感到疲憊
我不敢穿泳衣、去健身房會不自在,所以除了跑步我想沒有更經濟實惠的運動方法了
但是對於小腿這關我真的過不去...
我可以接受55公斤小腿不粗,但是卻不要52公斤有象腿.....T^T
請問我該繼續跑下去嗎.......?
