跑步不是最佳減肥方式? - 減肥

朋友的朋友,物理治療師說
" 最好的減肥方式~是不要懶惰,因為平常日常生活就會用到很多肌肉~~~
因為不是劇烈運動~~所以運用的肌肉群是不同的。這些肌肉群就會消耗到脂肪 "
"跑步的話,因為運用到的肌肉群,只消耗血糖,血糖消耗完,在消耗肝醣,
肝醣完了,消耗多餘蛋白質,最後才是脂肪。"
我回:" 應該是跑到有長期減脂效果的強度和時間吧... "
他:" 跑到有這樣的效果~~~其實是很傷身的~~~ 不如走路~~~~~~~~~。"
他:" 但是如果用的是反射性的肌肉,因為熱量需求的速度很快,
沒有時間等脂肪分解了~~ "
疑點一:跑步很難消耗到脂肪,消耗到脂肪時,已經到了傷身的地步?
疑點二:人體是一步一步,血醣→肝醣→蛋白質→脂肪,不會多少一起消耗一些?
完全就是一個個完整銷耗完才輪到下一個嗎?
這是我的問題,大家也可以提出疑點,一起討論一下。
