三餐內容:
早餐: 大杯紅茶 + 原味蛋餅 + 煎餃七顆 (差不多就50~70的價位選餐)
午餐: 吃公司,一餐75元的便當(主食一定會有肉、燒肉、炸肉不一定)
晚餐: 同上
基本上都是以不讓自己餓為前提,正常吃,不刻意節食跟挑食
偶爾跟同事吃大餐(一個月一次)
總之食量就跟一般正常人一樣
日常作息時間:8點起床,工作性質關係,半年來都是1點~2點睡覺 (12點前非常少)
生活型態:工程師,一天坐著約 > 12小時 (偶爾會起來動動)

我的問題: 現在跑10km已經越來越輕鬆,明顯感覺出心肺能力好許多,且小腿肌耐力
變強許多
但是我最在意的肚子還是瘦不下來阿... (腰圍印象中有80幾)
就是感覺跑步能力變強了,但是體態似乎只有小腿線條變好看?
然後肚子還是一樣大大一塊在那邊... (超想把它切掉!!)
是因為運動量不夠大嗎?
我從上禮拜開始已經改成一個禮拜跑兩次10km了
是不是跟體質和年紀大新陳代謝變差有關阿? (25歲了...)
我同事34歲沒在運動,吃的量也跟正常人一樣,但他就很瘦阿~~~
到底是為什麼~~~ 有時候都覺得老天爺不公平阿 QQ
