跑步和Insanity - 健身

我住的地方冬天會下雪,所以過去幾個月都只在家做影片,斷斷續續做 Insanity,
一個禮拜做大概 3-4 次,偶爾搭配 P90X,最近剛開始做 Max,覺得自己體能有進步,
從地鐵站出來爬超長的電扶梯都臉不紅氣不喘,大腿也不會沒力,覺得很有成就感。
這兩天開始有春天跡象,氣溫回升,路上的冰也融化了,決定回復跑步的習慣。
結果..................X的!真的超想罵髒話....
一開始沿著馬路跑上坡時覺得好像頗為輕盈,沒想到跑了 200m 到了坡頂就快腿軟,
也喘得要命,接下來一段緩下坡調節呼吸和心跳,但一點也沒有幻想中步履輕盈、
輕輕鬆鬆跑完 5k 的夢幻情境,結果跑了 1300m 就決定回家了....
喘得跟擱淺的魚一樣....
看來跳 Insanity 用的肌肉和心肺強度跟跑步很不一樣啊~~~
休息了五個月沒跑步,又要砍掉重練了....(泣)
