1.膝蓋發炎
按壓膝蓋上下左右的肌腱交匯處
會覺得疼痛,有時候因為發炎分泌過多組織液
導致關節腫脹
建議穿上護膝,並訓練正確跑步姿勢,減少膝蓋不當受力
2.腳跟疼痛
腳後跟會覺得疼痛,會有腫脹的感覺
避免運動量過大
3.足底筋膜炎
體重過重,不常運動腳底會出現抽筋般的刺痛
運動前後要做足暖身拉筋
4.大腿後拉傷
在慢跑的地面不平或者有凸起物 導致落地力量不均勻
穿上護膝 或跑平面路地PU跑到為主
