肌肉重量變輕了 - 健身

上個星期三去量體質是21.2% 肌肉是35.3
但今天再去量
體重有瘦 但體質變22.0% 肌肉減少了!!!33.8
感覺都瘦到肌肉了
而且這幾天也都正常吃阿 沒節食
前6天(連續)跳鄭多燕1HR 昨天到健身房滑步機半小時 跑步機快走半小時
到底為什麼會這樣阿 我快哭了
