如何透過雕塑下半身 - 健身

我169 目前約51公斤左右 今天去健身房量體脂約19.5 BMI18.1
我是屬於上半身很瘦 全部脂肪幾乎都集中在臀跟大腿 下半身真的是蠻多人覺得很胖
今天身體組成測量完 教練也是說我的身半身跟下半身脂肪體液分布差異差太大
我實在不知道該怎麼可以讓大腿削瘦一些 閗讓全身看起來勻稱一點
我知道沒有局部瘦身 但是看過很多資料腿要變細除了搭配運動再來就是體重控制
但是以我現在的數據 靠減重跟消體脂都不是上上策 我覺得只會是上半身更瘦
難道真的就是靠重訓提高肌肉量腿就會變細 整體看起來就會平均多了嗎?
