之前因為想要培養運動習慣,
開始認真的每週至少快走五次,
以約時速六公里左右的速度……
但是後來發現想要開始慢慢的用跑步的方式時,
卻非常吃力……不到600m就不行了><
請問有人有類似經驗嗎?
該怎麼調整自己的步伐呢?謝謝
