大家好
小妹身高164
體重這半年從69減到64
但體脂肪一直維持在31-33之間徘徊
一直以來都有在做各種運動
騎腳踏車 快走 瑜珈 rumba 一週最少三次
沒有跑步是因為心臟負荷不來
但以上這些運動
頂多讓我當天非常累很好睡
或是隔天肌肉微痠痛
不會對精神有任何影響
但有感於有氧不夠 瘦太慢
加上自從練騎腳踏車之後心肺有點進步
最近三個禮拜開始嘗試比快走還慢的慢慢跑
一次大約2公里
每次跑完之後 不論多深層拉筋 多早睡
隔天都會累到不行
如果上班一定要嗑個B群勉強撐住精神
回家繼續狂睡
如果放假整天大概都在睡眠中渡過
有爬過文
曾經有建議是說吃的不夠營養
所以吃的東西照版娘食譜挑過
但還是沒有改善
想請問各位有沒有什麼其他建議嗎T^T
