各位版友好!因為我個人以前重訓的時候沒人帶,加上從小就很愛跟脊椎借力(我後來才
知道我仰臥起坐腹部完全沒用到力,都是腰椎在出力!!天)
所以腰椎很容易痠痛
最近開始做8分鐘腹肌運動,可是裡面有些運動做完我的腰都會很痛,應該是因為我又有
借到力
例如這些動作:

除了棒式我覺得腰椎比較舒服以外,還想請問各位版友,有沒有比較不用腰的腹部鍛鍊動
