體重停滯很久了,體脂高,愛喝啤酒 - 健身

昨天去康是美購物時順便試用了體重計
吃完早餐後一個小時去量的
實際年齡32歲
身高171
體重74
體脂19.2%
骨骼筋率37.2%
內臟脂肪9%
基礎代謝1725

體重卡在74上下很久了,大概快一年了
體脂也比想像中高很多
我目標希望可以降到15%以下
主要是想消肚子和腰兩側的肥肉
雖然已經瘦了20幾公斤(前年八月最胖時98公斤)
但是每次坐下看到腰腹擠了一圈肥肉還是很不舒服
我因為是輪班工作,早中夜班一個禮拜輪一次
所以飲食和睡眠都很不正常
上班時因為產線機動性的關係也沒辦法準時進食
最常依賴便利商店食物,還有自己泡燕麥片
但是會控制一天的總熱量,不碰含糖飲料
另外我的運動量其實很大
我愛路跑,平均每個月跑步150公里以上
重量訓練會作,但不是很勤
會選擇放假去跑山路或騎單車騎山路當作核心和腿的重訓
想請教
像我這樣的狀況,該怎麼再降體脂呢?
常依賴便利商店食物的話,哪些是可以選擇的?
最重要的是
我很愛喝啤酒,真的影響很大嗎?
我每天睡前一瓶台啤大鋁罐約500cc,不吃下酒菜
熱量去查過大約200~300
體脂降不下來跟啤酒有關嗎?
