跑步心跳速率問題 - 健身

靜止心跳:53bpm
年初買了心率錶,想說認真量心跳練一波,一週跑三到四天,一次大約跑個7公里多,結
果只要慢跑(平均時速約11kph,起跑暖身速度10.5kph),起跑大概五分鐘內心跳就會飆
到180bpm以上,持續到跑完,最近一度飆到210bpm,但不會不舒服,也不會喘,爬了一下
文發現沒有人這樣,想問版友有人也會這樣嗎? 如果運動時平均心跳已經到近200bpm了
還可以把跑步時速往上加嗎?這樣到底算無氧還是有氧運動呢?祝大家運動都能破PB
