小妹最近想開始慢跑練體能
不過有好一陣子沒跑步
忽然開始跑步總覺得呼吸很難調整
心肺有時覺得負荷不過來>"<
如果不克服這一點 很難長久維持跑步的習慣..
希望有經驗的人能指導一下
還想順便請教 跑步時喝水的時機
恩...應該不能邊跑邊喝吧? (還很喘的時候)
