跑步時跑跑停停的會有效嗎? - 健身

想請問一下 如果想做有氧運動來甩掉脂肪 那麼以下這樣跑的話會有效果嗎?
跑操場大概三、四圈後 就停下來用走的走一兩圈 然後接下來再開始跑個三四圈
然後再休息走個一兩圈
這樣的循環,持續個半個小時到一個小時 那麼這樣也會達到減脂肪的效果嗎?
因為我每次跑個三四圈就很累了 所以想說這樣跑幾圈 休息幾圈的循環比較不會累
但是不知道這樣做到底有沒有效果?
還是說 一定要開始跑後就要持續不間斷的跑個半小時以上
才可以達到減脂肪的效果?
