因為現在在服消防役 平常要運動只能用跑步機
以前都大概 跑個 6XXX 30分左右
最近想嘗試看看間歇 或是高強度間歇
今天有試了一下 12k/h 及 15k/h的速度 各200M 做交替
跑了4000左右,是有比平常更有運動到的感覺
如果說要更有效率的話應該可以怎麼修正??
另外就是我通常都空腹跑,是否可以在運動前先喝個半杯拿鐵之類的會更好呢
