一般來說,同樣跑5公里,路跑會比較累,跑步機比較不會累,
路跑消耗的熱量比較多,
如果路跑30分鐘,跑步機要花60分鐘才能消耗相同的熱量,
那這樣跑步機不就比較浪費時間?
跑步機也可調整成跟路跑一樣燃脂效率嗎?
