跑步沒多久心跳就跳的超快如何改善? - 健身

小弟28y 身高170 體重72~75之間
最近鑑於覺得身體不好
想利用健身來讓身體健康與減肥
因為不想花錢上健身房 住家旁邊剛好是國小
所以從上上個週六日起 開始在操場慢跑
第一次開始跑的時侯 跑步前有先做一系列的暖身拉筋運動
但跑到第5圈 心臟就跳的超快 而且還會痛
在腳還可以的情況下 心臟快到不允許我在跑下去
而且其實我跑的速度很慢 比很多在操場上的阿伯還慢@@
但心臟就是跳到快到不行 不需要按脈搏全身就能感受到心臟快速跳動
上星期日跑的時候 讓自己硬撐到跑六圈
這次不只心臟會痛 連右側腹部後方的腰子都會痛
因為小弟工作的關係 平常日下班回來 國小都關門了沒辦法進去跑步
所以都只有六日才去跑
平常下班回家 只做一些比較輕度的有氧運動大約一小時
但覺得對體力的改善效果不佳
還覺得跑步比較高強度 效果比較好
目前的做法是先做暖身拉筋
慢跑6圈後走3圈在跑2圈 最後在做暖身拉筋結束
希望能慢慢增加到跑10圈 進而連續慢跑半小時等...
但目前稍微跑一下心跳很快的問題困擾著我
是該慢慢循序漸進呢?
還是有什麼方法能讓心跳不跳這麼快呢
煩請各位前輩指導 感激不盡
