跑步真是好運動 - 減肥

到目前實行減重計畫將近一個月
體重已成功的從 80kg → 73kg
體脂還沒有量 所以不知道
老實說這成果比我想像中的還要好
功勞都要謝謝這版上的許多有用且健康的資訊
之前我不吃澱粉的減肥計畫就被批的很慘
後來修正過後 其實發現減重其實是吃的很開心的
也因為減重的關係 改正了一些不好的習慣
像是
一個禮拜好幾次的鹹酥雞、宵夜、每天一杯有糖飲料都戒掉了
羅馬真的不是一天造成的 每次在運動時,都在想著我現在是在為自己造的孽消業障
目前的運動 以有氧為主
前三各禮拜只有慢跑 跑六休一 由於怕傷膝蓋 所以每次以20分鐘左右為基礎
三個禮拜下來成果也不錯 就瘦了5kg左右 但就卡關了
我媽也很剛好的在這時候買了跑步機
所以我又加上 每天用跑步機快走30分鐘
沒想到卡關的體重怪獸 就往下掉了2kg !!
現在整個人 臉、肚子、大腿(還出現了類似肥胖紋的東西)都明顯小了一些
連媽媽都說我臉變尖了!!
以前因為增胖的關係 穿不下的衣服 現在又可以穿了
看到這些變化 真的讓自己更有動力持續地運動 也很爽
此外 我也發現 自己有時候放縱了個兩天 體重竟然還微微的掉了一些些
anyway, 運動真的是減重的入門之道
可以有好身材 又有健康的身體 何樂而不為勒?
繼續加油!!
p.s.
請問我的慢跑運動還要繼續下去嗎?還是要增加強度或是時間呢?
