跑步膝蓋不舒服 - 健身

我是一個蠻愛跑步的人 之前一次大概跑6K左右
直到兩個月前跑步左膝開始會不舒服
每次大概跑1K左右 膝蓋左膝外側的地方就會感覺卡卡的
然後就會開始疼痛 尤其是抬小腿的時候
這時候只要一停下來用走的就會像沒事一樣 疼痛完全消失
但只要一跑沒兩步那個疼痛的感覺又會回來
我有上網去查怎麼回事
這兩個月我勤拉大腿後面那條筋 也在腳掌上綁啞鈴鍛鍊大腿肌肉強度
但今天去跑還是會痛 請問這是所謂的跑步膝嗎 我的復健方式正確嗎
還是我應該再有耐心一點多復健一些時間
