三餐內容
早餐:普通早餐 例如蛋餅+奶茶之類的
午餐:牛肉麵 便當等等
晚餐:有時吃一些飯 高麗菜 有時則不吃
其他: 起床都喝600C的水 飲料只喝每朝健康!
一天喝水量差不多在2000-1500之間
日常作息時間:晚上一點睡 早上七點起床
生活型態:混吃等死預備軍人
運動習慣:每天早上跑步2000公尺不等(太熱)15分左右
每天晚上跑步3000公尺大約半小時左右
會到家之後伏地挺身30下不等(以下巴碰地為準)
睡前仰臥起坐120下左右
我的問題:
肚子永遠消不下來
外觀看起來不是很胖
但是肚子卻超大
有時候睡起來 肚子又變得很平
吃過飯又腫起來
真的很困擾!
請指點
