跑步跑到膝蓋痛 - 健身

想借個標題發問一下
我在過一陣子就得去報效國家 因此想說前一兩個月開始練跑步
大概是半個月以前我開始跑3000公尺
然後最近增加到4500公尺 (跑的速度很慢)
在之前沒有注意膝蓋問題
直到最近
我在跑步的時候
一開始跑第一第二圈的時候右腳的膝蓋會不舒服 (但是左腳完全沒問題)
但是過第三圈之後就緩和了
之後繼續跑也就沒有不舒服的感覺 頂多就是跑步時小腿會酸
這種情況下是我膝蓋出問題了嗎?
是說休息個幾天再去跑 不要天天跑步
還是說去看醫生比較好?
