常常看到討論文說一定要跑30mins+才比較有效果
那我今天假設6000m
配速1:30分鐘跑完 6KM
配速2:40分鐘跑完 6KM
理論上 30min跑完 運動量 燃燒熱量會比較多
但又考慮到跑超過30mins這因素來看 ...
那以減肥來講 哪種比較好??
