近期的跑步計畫是
早:去 700m + 30mins滑步機 + 回 700m
晚:去 700m + 1hrs滑步機 + 回 700m
因此,跑步部分總距離約2.8km
我蠻想再拉長到5km慢慢加到10km
有一點困擾的是...
在跑的時候,已經盡量以鼻子吸入嘴巴吐氣訓練肺活量了
但跑到700m的時仍會有點喘不過去,呼吸上很難控制
在回程的時候,在剩下的200m中會有快走個約80m左右(google測量)剩下的120m才是在跑步
不管怎麼跑,就是會有中間算休息的點在
有沒有辦法可以改善窘境...>_<"
