跑步速度 - 減肥

最近開始晨跑,不過因為我以前打羽球,膝蓋有點傷(前端會痛)。
雖然最近跑起來我覺得還好,但還是會擔心每天跑的話會承受不了。
我爬文看到有人說跑速放慢的話,跑的里程增加也不用擔心傷膝蓋。
我目前是固定跑5公里,差不多40分鐘跑完,請問這樣的速度可以嗎?
我時間沒有非常多,所以應該不會跑到一小時,我在想如果把速度
降低,一樣時間下運動量會不會不夠,讓減肥效果變差呢?
