體重持續增加? - 減肥

基本資料
性別:女
年齡:23
身高:166
體重:53-54
BMI:20以上
體脂率:19-20%
參考照片:無
三餐內容
早餐:7-11御飯糰x2
偶爾吃蛋抓餅或蛋餅+豆漿
午餐:一個便當量的飯類或麵類
晚餐:一個便當量的飯類或麵類
其他:減肥後戒掉含糖飲料及糖果
日常作息時間:12-1點就寢 7點-8點起床
生活型態:學生 但常常是長時間坐著
運動習慣:
一個禮拜三次以上有氧運動,睡前會做70下仰臥起坐+20下伏地挺身(膝蓋著地)
有氧運動通常是慢跑30分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
或騎腳踏車50分鐘,心跳數約130~150左右
我的問題:
體重突破52kg後 痛定思痛開始減肥 一方面也是希望運動能改善體態(下半身肥胖)
下腹肥胖有游泳圈 小腿有34cm 腰圍78cm 臀圍35.5吋
但運動半個多月至今 體脂肪還是在19-20浮動 體重更是從52kg上升至54kg
下半身也是穩穩的沒有改變
請問是半個多月太短還不會有太大效果嗎? 那體重增加是正常的嗎?
或者是運動的強度不夠呢?
雖然很開心自己能越跑越久 從斷斷續續半小時跑不到3km 跑到能持續跑到4km
每次站上體重機還是很難過看到體重一直增加阿(哭)
希望可以給我建議 讓我改善我的減肥方式 謝謝
