看了醫生門診後,發現自己內分泌失調
便秘 經期不順等多問題..
導致我體重飆高...需調養身體
但我告知了我平時都有去健身房
尚未做重訓
只踩踩腳踏車一小時
跑步快走各三十分鐘
醫生卻叫我不要跑步..
體重會導致我跑步快走膝蓋受傷
踩腳踏車也會讓我腿部變粗壯
這不是叫我別運動了嗎..
請問我該怎麼辦?
