為了減肥才開始跑步
跑了兩個禮拜了 目前身高减體重小於90
但是無法天天跑
一定要休息一天讓身體放鬆
不過三公里已經是我的極限了
因為大概兩公里後膝蓋都有些怪怪的
請問有在慢跑的各位
遇到這樣請問這樣該如何改善?
