新手該如何開始跑? - 減肥

最近開始想要來好好鍛鍊自己的體力,原po從小時候開始體力就很差,自己也懶惰常常
碰到跑步就逃避,目前25歲,跑3000公尺大約要花18分30秒..而且是極限。
前一陣子有稍微跑一下,大概只維持一個禮拜左右,跑步地點是公園,跑兩圈差不多剛
好三千;而跑步方式就是大約維持在一定的速度(18分半跑完3000的速度),但是因為沒
有時間壓力,大約都跑到2500左右就停下來喘了..這時候大概是過了15分鐘,而我一天也
就跑這15分鐘。這幾天開始覺得這樣下去不是辦法,因此想要尋找一個正確且適合我的鍛
鍊方式。
我的目標是鍛鍊體力,減肥則是其次。我就寢時間大約在一兩點,然後七八點左右起床
,平均大約六個小時;常常覺得怎麼睡也睡不飽,就算假日早上睡到11點感覺也沒有補回
來的效果,所以我認為應該是體力太差需要運動的問題。現在我能跑步的時間大概就早上
七點到八點這一個小時,晚上九點半過後到十一點前也可以,因為其餘時間都要看書,所
以有點疑惑早上跑會不會造成接下來沒有念書的體力?之前那一個禮拜是還好,但樣本數
太少所以還是有疑惑。另外關於跑步的方式,大略爬文之後發現似乎時間拉越長越好,速
度反而不是那麼重要?雖然我認為這句話是在有一定體力的基礎下講的,我3000跑18分30
秒真的滿悲劇的..搞不好這速度在大家眼裡已經是最基本的低速了。我現在目標是至少把
3000壓在15分左右跑完,那我要達成這個目標的方法,是每天都把自己逼到極限,天天測
時間,還是不要追求時間而持續跑個30、40分鐘來的有效呢?謝謝各位!
