剛剛搜索了板上跟冬天有關的文章
看大概知道冬天是適合減肥的季節
因為基礎代謝會稍微提高
又有板友提到 極地一天需要六千卡的熱量
所以我在想 冬天慢跑的時候
(1) 穿暖一點再去慢跑
(2) 讓自己稍微有點冷 靠著慢跑讓身體暖起來
到底要不要穿暖一點 還是要穿單薄一點運動?
會有這個疑問是因為 看到某篇文章說
如果冬天不穿暖點讓身體冷到 會啟動保護機制 囤積脂肪?!
如果冬天讓身體穿的保暖再配合運動
身體會毫無顧忌的消耗脂肪?!
