體脂又上升了... - 減肥

我固定每個月初會到康事美量一次體重體脂之類的
沒想到今天早上起床上個廁所後去量
體脂又比上個月更高了1.X%
不過其他各項數字都是在持續的降低中
(因為目前算是減肥中)
又讓我再再度的嚇了一跳
因為之前量測都不是在早上
只有這個月跟上個月開始改為起床後去量
上個月就被上升的體脂嚇到
沒想到這個月又更高!!!! orz
但是又看到精華區裡這篇 Z-13-2-2-4-7 的解說
得知因為含水量的關係會造成體脂的不同
所以我就疑惑了 那我應該哪時候去量才好阿??? orz
這幾個月的飲食作息都是相差無幾
體重也下降了快10公斤
運動是每週三次的快走大約1hr加上在家做點阻力訓練這樣
懇請神人指點 感激不盡
