跟人的禮儀 - 減肥

這標題下的有點爛
不過想聊得是有關跟人的技巧
我也不知道要po路跑版好還是這
看到時候情況再決定要不要轉過去
主要是想說跑步跟人的事情
請注意一些事情還有要想到被跟人的觀感
下面才是正文開始
由於看到前幾篇提到越冷越好跑
今天晚上當然還是要去跑一下
即使吃好飽好累還是換衣服出門
最近都習慣有男伴一起 鞭策我順便保護我>\\\<
不過男伴身體微恙所以自己跑
要輕鬆跑 因為腳也有點使不上力
計畫要跑公園的九圈至十圈
來來去去的跑者/健走的方向速度不一
但到第三圈的時候 有位"速度差不多"的跑者一直跟,.....
所謂的速度差不多是
我試圖想要想要甩掉他 他跟著跑快
我決定讓他先過 不過他跟我一起把速度放慢
我很無奈得讓他跟後面有點沒力了 微微超過我但又變成差不多並跑
我只能聽著腳步聲然後被跟....
其實被跟沒關係 但跟太近 我看得到他影子大概只有一步的距離
或者是平行的時候水平一個半的大步寬
還好我後來作完功課休息陪家人和狗散步了...
但以上只是要強調
跑步可以跟人 也沒有不好因為可以適時進步又可以增加境爭樂趣
不過跟得時候請注意禮儀不要太靠近
除非是朋友或熟人 要不然令人不舒服阿
慘了這樣文章好像沒有減肥(體適能才對)點
由於今天比較慢想牽拖因為被跟
好吧那我想問
那跑者的心情會影響跑者的表現嗎
或者是不習慣的方向會影響表現
還是天氣風太大會影響表現
那這樣表現不好的話會不會影想減肥效率
(雖然我減肥本來就沒成功過)
這樣問題會不會太牽扯阿XDDDDDDD
