昨天下雨,懶的騎車去萵苣練
雖然雨天人一定很少,可以隨便玩器材...
但還是在家耍廢,看看影片,想做些徒手訓練
手上沒啞鈴,只能做些伏地挺身和腹部動作
剛好看到Jeff一部影片,叫做「讓每一下伏地挺身都做到完美」

裡面有說到伏地挺身腳跪下或屁股抬高都是錯誤的動作,會浪費多餘的體力
應該要胸和骨盆同時移動,並保持平行
以前是有學過女生可以用跪姿做,但現在才發現這是錯誤
這樣效果會比較不好對嗎?還是是看跪的角度?
